These Terms of Service apply to your use of orestiva.com (the "Store") and to every order you place with us. By using the Store or placing an order you agree to them.

3. Products We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible; colors and small details may vary slightly. Our products are designed for comfort, relaxation and everyday wellbeing. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is right for you. Always follow the user manual.

4. Prices and payment Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and the checkout total is everything you pay us for the order. Payments are processed by trusted payment providers (major credit and debit cards and the express payment options shown at checkout); we never see or store your full card details. If we ever have to cancel an order (for example because of a pricing error or stock issue), we refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Using the Store Please do not misuse the Store, attempt unauthorized access or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Content All text, images and logos in the Store belong to Orestiva or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

9. Your rights and disputes If something goes wrong, contact us first: most issues are solved within one or two emails. You always keep the protections of your local consumer law and of your card issuer or payment provider. These terms are otherwise governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown in the Store when you place your order applies to that order.
