Where we ship We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time and cost
- Free Standard Shipping – free on every order, estimated delivery 7–15 business days after shipping.
- Insured Shipping – $4.99 – priority processing plus package protection: if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we reship it at no cost.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or due to customs.
Tracking Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show updates after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, duties and taxes Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay to us. In rare cases your country's customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
